The following conditions must be met when returning spare parts to the seller:
1. Returned spare parts must be in neat packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
2. Spare parts must be in the same condition as received.
3. The 14-day money-back guarantee starts the following day after the day of delivery. Refunds are issued within 7-10 days of receipt of the goods.
4. The returned items must be delivered directly to the sellers warehouse. If the goods are returned due to the fault of the customer, the customer pays for the postage; if the goods are returned due to the fault of the seller, the seller pays for the postage.
5. Returned parts must be handed over to the courier within 5 business days of submission of the return form to AUTOBETA.LT. Delays in the delivery of goods mean that the warranty will no longer be applicable.
6. The AUTOBETA.LT refund guarantee does not cover costs that exceed the total order value (item plus shipping).
